DUAL IGU
Dual insulating glass units can be used to meet energy code requirements.

Laminated glass can be incorporated into dual or triple insulating glass units for a number of
benefits including safety, sound control and aesthetics.

 


Triple-Silver low-e coating on AGC tinted float glass for maximum solar control.

Energy Select 20 combines the high performance of AGC’s triple-silver low-e coating with an array of tinted glass substrates to yield the best solar heat gain coefficient available. With SHGC as low as .20, and a light-to-solar gain ratio of up to 2.02, depending on the tint selected, this low-e glass is an obvious choice for climates where air-conditioning costs are a concern.

Energy Select 20 Pure Grey, Pure Bronze and Forest Green provide excellent solar control, blocking up to 80% of the heat generated by the sun, as well as aesthetics that blend harmoniously with nature.

Energy Select 25 is an offering of tinted solar control low-e glass, developed to provide more options when designing to meet the most challenging energy code requirements. Based on the tinted glass option desired,  achieve as low as a 0.25 solar heat gain coefficient in a double glazed insulating unit. DUAL IGU
Dual insulating glass units can be used to meet energy code requirements.
 

 

TRIPLE IGU
Triple insulating glass units can be configured for added thermal performance.

 

 

LAMINATED IGU
Laminated glass can be incorporated into dual and triple insulaiting glass units for a number of
benefits including safety, sound control and aesthetics.

 


Low-emissivity hard-coated glass that provides thermal insulation with passive solar gain.

 

Energy Select 73 is a pyrolytic low-emissivity glass that combines excellent year-round energy efficiency with hard-coat durability. Energy Select 73 saves energy costs by reflecting heat back into the room during colder months—while also allowing free solar energy into interior spaces. During warmer months, Energy Select 73 reduces direct sunlight and blocks re-radiated solar heat.
